David has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years and is recognized as a leading executive in the sector.
Throughout his career, David has held director roles that have included P&L and business unit responsibility, strategy development, sales and marketing management and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to establishing Comet Line Consulting, David held an executive role at Manassen Foods and a number of senior leadership roles during a 16 year career at Nestlé Australia.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing & Accounting Major) from the University of New South Wales, a Masters of Commerce (Marketing Major) from the University of New South Wales as well as attending the London Business School Leadership Program.
Ben has more than 25 years business experience and has advised on a variety of transactions with a collective value in excess of $2 billion. Ben has advised on acquisitions, disposals and capital raisings both in Australia and South Africa.
In addition to his corporate advisory experience, he has consulted on corporate strategy development both as an external consultant and as part of an internal strategy team.
Ben has held senior corporate advisory roles with Challenger, KPMG Corporate Finance and PSG Group where he advised on several high profile transactions.
Ben holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW), is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Society of Sydney.
Lindsay has worked in the Australian and international food Industry for over 35 years, with national sales and marketing roles at Givaudan, Arnott’s, Uni Chef and I&J Foods.
After a corporate career, Lindsay has directly provided strategic consulting services on over 300 food & beverage projects across a broad range of clients including Allied Mills, Arnott’s, Nestle, Fonterra, Goodman Fielder International, Lindt and the Sydney Fish Market.
Lindsay has particular expertise and an extensive business network across the foodservice, QSR, route and export channels.
